Our Workshops
Purpose-built spaces to learn by doing.
Theory is taught in the classroom. Everything else is taught with tools in hand.
Sewing stations, cutting tables and pattern-drafting benches for the Fashion Design programme.
Vehicle bays, tool rigs and diagnostic equipment for the Mechanics & Fitting programme.
Simulated domestic and commercial circuits for safe, hands-on Electrical Installation training.
Practice areas for Masonry & Construction apprentices to work blockwork, plastering, concrete and site supervision.
Working pipe runs and fixture rigs for hands-on Plumbing training.
Practice walls and floors for Tiling apprentices to set out, cut and lay to a professional finish.
Benches, hand and power tools for the Carpentry & Joinery programme, from timber to finished piece.
Practice walls and surfaces for the Painting & Decorating programme’s preparation and finishing work.
Welding bays and metalwork tools for the Welding & Fabrication programme.

The Achievers Academy partners with experienced teachers and working professionals in each trade, so training reflects what real employers and clients actually expect.

Instructors are selected for hands-on experience in their trade, not classroom experience alone. Many continue to work in the field alongside teaching, so apprentices train on current tools, current methods and current standards.
We are always open to experienced tradespeople and professionals — tailors, mechanics, electricians, masons and site supervisors — interested in joining the academy as instructors or workshop partners.
Apprentices who complete the programme are supported into work.
Through our workshop partners and instructor network, graduating apprentices get job-readiness support and introductions to work opportunities in their trade.
